It contains wetting a unique biologically active liquid. biodegradable and its anti foam agents helps to use with any additional detergent system.

Application:

Portable Rest Room Deodorizer as well as helps to disintegrates waste materials. Its uniques formulation greatly enhance the biological activity, reducing solids and odours. Grease, fats, sewage, starch and other organic compounds are softened by RXSOL-16-1025 .The degradation of paper, protein, waste product residuals and other odorous materials is also enhanced.

Pink colour chemicals : For the clean water tank with perfume plesant odour flush

Pink Chemicals are built for work with flushing water. The pink chemicals for flushing water have multiple functions, as well as keeping the flush fresh and clean, it also cleans out deposits, working like a home cleaner to clean off grime.

Pink chemicals are added to the fresh water tank to ensure a smoother flush and is perfumed to combat unpleasant odours.

Blue / Green Chemicals ( RXSOL-16-1025-025 ) : For the waste tank and breaking down waste matterial in the bowl

Blue or green chemicals are applied for use in the waste tank. The blue or green chemicals in your waste water tank help break down whatever is in there, whilst also helping to keep smells at bay. They break down waste matter in the holding tank for easy removal whilst also reducing unpleasant odours and build up of gas.

Dose:

Volumes vary depending upon holding tank size.
Method of Application and Dose Rates:- Use daily through dosing vaccum module of chemical toilet. Leave cleaner in the bowl. Best substitute of toxic formaldehyde based deodorizer cleaners such such as acids, disinfectants, bleaches etc.

Dilute with FRESH WATER as per recommendation from CHEMICAL Toilet manufacturer. In general practice to get optimum result Dose 100 to 150 ml per 20 litres of waste holding tank capacity.
Virtually all applications of RXSOL-16-1025-025 exploit its high reactivity toward proteins. It’s uniques properitory blend completely reacts with amines, amides, and thiol groups in proteins.

Its diluted solution can be used as a biocide for system disinfection and as a preservative for long term storage. It is a sterilant, killing endospores in addition to many microorganisms and viruses.

PERSONAL PRECAUTIONS : 
Restrict access to area as appropriate until clean-up operations are complete. Use personal protective equipment recommended in Section 8 (Exposure Controls/Personal Protection). Stop or reduce any leaks if it is safe to do so. Ventilate spill area if possible.

METHODS FOR CLEANING UP : 
SMALL SPILLS: Soak up spill with absorbent material. Place residues in a suitable, covered, properly labeled container. Wash affected area. LARGE SPILLS: Contain liquid using absorbent material, by digging trenches or by diking. Reclaim into recovery or salvage drums or tank truck for proper disposal. Clean contaminated surfaces with water or aqueous cleaning agents. Contact an approved waste hauler for disposal of contaminated recovered material. Dispose of material in compliance with regulations indicated in Section 13 (Disposal Considerations).

ENVIRONMENTAL PRECAUTIONS : 
Prevent material from entering sewers or waterways. If drains, streams, soil or sewers become contaminated, notify local authority.

HANDLING : 
Do not get in eyes, on skin, on clothing. Do not take internally. Use with adequate ventilation. Do not breathe vapors/gases/dust. Keep the containers closed when not in use. Have emergency equipment (for fires, spills, leaks, etc.) readily available. Ensure all containers are labelled.

STORAGE CONDITIONS : 
Product must be maintained at 50-90 degrees F. (10°C – 35°C) Store in suitable labelled containers. Store the containers tightly closed. Store separately from oxidizers.

OCCUPATIONAL EXPOSURE LIMITS 
This product does not contain any substance that has an established exposure limit.

ENGINEERING MEASURES : 
General ventilation is recommended. The use of local exhaust ventilation is recommended to control emissions near the source. Laboratory samples should be handled in a fumehood. Provide mechanical ventilation of confined spaces.

PERSONAL PROTECTION

GENERAL ADVICE : 
The use and choice of personal protection equipment is related to the hazard of the product, the workplace and the way the product is handled. In general, we recommend as a minimum precaution that safety glasses with side-shields and workclothes protecting arms, legs and body be used. In addition any person visiting an area where this product is handled should at least wear safety glasses with side-shields. The applicable European standard can be found in EN 166.

RESPIRATORY PROTECTION : 
If significant mists, vapors or aerosols are generated an approved respirator is recommended. A suitable filter material depends on the amount and type of chemicals being handled. Consider the use of filter type: A-P The applicable European standard can be found in EN 141, EN 143 and EN 371. In event of emergency or planned entry into unknown concentrations a positive pressure, full-facepiece SCBA should be used. If respiratory protection is required, institute a complete respiratory protection program including selection, fit testing, training, maintenance and inspection.

HAND PROTECTION : 
When handling this product, the use of chemical gloves is recommended. The choice of work glove depends on work conditions and what chemicals are handled, but we have positive experience under light handling conditions using gloves made from PVC Gloves should be replaced immediately if signs of degradation are observed. Breakthrough time not determined as preparation, consult PPE manufacturers. The applicable European standard can be found in EN 374.

SKIN PROTECTION :

EYE PROTECTION : 
When handling this product, the use of safety glasses with side shields is recommended. The applicable

HYGIENE RECOMMENDATIONS : 
Use good work and personal hygiene practices to avoid exposure. Consider the provision in the work area of a safety shower and eyewash. Always wash thoroughly after handling chemicals. When handling this product never eat, drink or smoke.
