Electrical Non Flammable Contact Cleaner is a specialized non-flammable cleaning solvent specialized to clean Electrical Equipment. A well balanced blend of non-chlorinated degresol Having super Degreasing power with surfactants which eliminates Quick evaporation rate and resulting for Cleaningand Degreasing of electrical equipment. It provides immediate and efficient removal with a high evaporation rate.

Application

RXSOL-16-1076-025 must be used in open or sufficiently ventilated areas. RXSOL-16-1076-025 should always be used concentrate (without mixing with other solvent.) For best results apply with either by brush, swab, or as a fine spray using suitable hand held spray equipment. Small components may be cleaned by brief immersion in a bath of RXSOL-16-1076-025 . Never use RXSOL-16-1076-025 on a running generator or motor.

RXSOL-16-1076-025 can be used to clean virtually all electrical equipment & components although is it possible it may affect some types of rubber & plastic . Either remove rubber & plastic parts from component or test on small area for any reaction before cleaning.

Dose

DIP Cleaning Immersion Method is best for Small parts, While SPRAYING method is BEST cleaning method for Equipments and Parts Cleaning.

After Application and Cleaning of equipment, Wipe thorugh cloth or BLOWN the air for fiew minutes till DRY.

After cleaning motors or generators insulation resistance to ground should be tested to check that it is within its specified limits. Sprayers: a range of spray equipment is available for use with Electrosolv-E and other solvents.

Directions for use

RXSOL Electrosol must only be used in sufficient ventilated areas. RXSOL Electrosol should always be used undiluted. It can be applied by brush, swab or as a fine spray using suitable hand held spray equipment.

NOTE: Never open flame when using fine spray.

Small components be cleaned y brief immersion in a bath of RXSOL Electrosol. The most suitable way of applying RXSOL Electrosol is by using hand spray or syphon spray gun. Once the deposits of dirt and grease have been flushed away with RXSOL Electrosol the remaining solvent may be evaporated by using clean compressed air at low pressure and high volume.
