RXSOL WICI (WATER INJECTION CORROSION INHIBITOR) is an Imidazoline based Film Forming Organic Corrosion Inhibitor. It is  specially designed corrosion inhibitor for effectively controls corrosion by dissolved oxygen and other ions. It shows excellent results when injected continuously or batch treatment. It can be used to treat water cut well flow lines, process equipment and water storage. This is  in the form of homogenous and free flowing liquid at 24±2o C and  free from visible impurities.

Application

RXSOL WICI (WATER INJECTION CORROSION INHIBITOR) provides excellent protection from Corrosion, which can be caused in Water Injection System, Wash Waters used in De-salting Plants and Wet Production System. Huge amount of Water used in Oilfield Applications /Refineries which contains many corrosive substances like Dissolved Oxygen and various Salts. It is designed to control internal corrosion caused by dissolved oxygen and other ions in Oil & Gas production systems, Gas pipe lines, Water storage / Injection systems and pipelines. RXSOL WICI (WATER INJECTION CORROSION INHIBITOR) is a water-soluble  biodegradable organic corrosion inhibitor which is compatible with all other Water Treatment Chemicals used in Water Injection System, De-salting Plants and Wet Production System.

Dosage & Procedure

RXSOL WICI (WATER INJECTION CORROSION INHIBITOR) is compatible with all other Water Treatment Chemicals used in Water Injection System, De-salting Plants and Wet Production System.

Dose: From the field experience, standard range of Dose Rates is 10-30 PPM.
