All grades are blends of bitumen and heavy mineral based oils,blended in different proportions to suit various applications.

Application

RXSOL Cardium Lubrication Compound EP are recommended for use in open gears and cane bearings operating with high loads and low speeds. They may also be used for lubrication of wire ropes.

Dosage & Procedure

Wire Rope Gear Lubricant compound is Heavy viscous, adhesive type black petroleum products fortified with special tackiness agent which reduces oil consumption.

Inhalation

Excessive inhalation can cause nausea, headache, intoxication and unconsciousness.

Ingestioin

May cause irritation to the digestive tract and mouth causing vomiting and abdominal pain.

Skin Contact

Prolonged contact will defat and dry the skin and may lead to irritation and dermatitis.

Eye Contact

Will cause intense smarting and irritation.

Inhalation

Remove to fresh air. Give oxygen/artificial respiration of needed. CONSULT DOCTOR.

Ingestion

DO NOT INDUCE VOMITING. Give plenty of milk or water. CONSULT DOCTOR.

Eyecontact

Flush with copious clean water minimum 15 minutes ensure thorough irrigation. CONSULT DOCTOR.

Skin Contact

Remove contaminated clothing. Apply proprietary skin cleaner then wash with copious soap and water. Apply skin cream.

Dry powder, CO2, Earth, Sand, Foam. DO NOT USE WATER

Speacial Fire Fighting Procedure Wear self contained breathing apparatus, full protective clothing. Spray drums with water to keep cool.

Absorb onto inert material, e.g. sand, earth. Put into suitable containers. Prevent from entering water courses.
