Polymer based Hold coating product, Easy to apply on SHIP HOLD SURFACE.  Slip Barrier Coats HOLD BLOCK is POLYMER BASED non-reactive coating materials which makes thin film barrier on the surface after dry. Due to the formation of RXSOL THIN barrier film on the surface, the cleaning operation after unloading becomes quicker and easier with optimum results.

RXSOL HOLD BLOCK is a Heavy Duty protective Solution for hold of vessels, which carry corrosive and/or messy cargos such as sulfur salt petcock coal, and concentrates. It can be easily removed with itRecommendation Dose for smooth surface : 

for Sulphur, Salt, etc        100 Ltrs/Hold for HANDYMAX & 150 Ltrs/Hold for PANAMAX
& for Petcoke, Coal, etc   200 Ltrs/Hold for HANDYMAX & 250 Ltrs/Hold for PANAMAX

This material can be used directly with low-pressure machine or manually by a garden spray pump. in general practice on smooth & clean surface each drum of 210 ltrs cover 2000 to 2500 sq meters while on rough and rusted surfaces require more quantities of materials.

for HANDYMAX  (5 Holds) : In general  500 Ltr to 1000 Ltr   RXSOL-22-2210-210 require to cover area up to 12 mtrs , i.e approx 1/2 drum to 1 drum of material is sufficient for each hold , while
for PANAMAX    (7 Holds) : In general 1000 Ltr to 2000 Ltrs RXSOL-22-2210-210 require to cover full area. , i.e approx 3/4 drum to 1.25 drums of material is sufficient for each hold.

Other Important materials , which help to control corrosion on metal surface. Chemically SULPHUR producing STRONG acid in presence of  moisture under excess of temperature, Freshly prepared acid during the reaction rapidly damaging steel surface. Note that In case of discharge of acidic or alkaline products into the sewerage system the pH must be in the range of 6-10 since higher or lower pH values may damage the sewerage system or impair biological dosage treatment plants. So that for maintaining pH we have to add acidic / basic medium neutaliser .
