A soap-based lubricant specifically formulated for the efficient lubrication of chain conveyors in food, beverage, and industrial applications. This solution reduces friction, enhances chain life, and provides corrosion protection without leaving harmful residues.

Application

OTHER grades of RXSOL brand " SOAP POLYMER FOR LUBRICATION OF CHAIN CONVEYORS " soap solution contains POLYMER as well as an antibacterial agent. Polymer blend in SOAP solution gives extra smoothness on the conveyor belt, while Antibacterials Agent keeps solution free from any bacterial growth in soap solution. Fungal and Bacterial growth in soap solution is very common and easily spreading through all contacted materials on the belt. Our expertise team working on all such solution to control any hazardous bacterial growth in solution.

Usage Instructions

  • Application: Apply via dosing pump, spray system, or automatic lubrication system.
